Ingredients to make Gems & Nuts Chocolate Cake

  • maida 1 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • baking powder 1/2 tbsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • vanilla extract 1 1/2 tbsp
  • cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • a pinch salt
  • egg 2
  • lemon drops 5, 6
  • refined oil 1/2cup
  • maida for dusting 2 tsp
  • some gems & almonds

How to make Gems & Nuts Chocolate Cake

  1. Powder the sugar.
  2. In a bowl add maida, baking powder, soda, salt and mix them.
  3. In another bowl, powdered sugar, refined oil, egg , vanilla extract, lemon drops and mix smoothly for 5-6 minutes.
  4. After it is mixed, add the first bowl mixture in it and beat for 10-12 minutes, make a smooth paste.
  5. preheat oven for 5 minutes .
  6. After beating the mixture, grease and dust the baking dish.
  7. Add the mixture in the baking dish and bake it for 30-40 minutes.
  8. After baking the cake, melt the dark chocolate and decorate with chocolate gems and almond.
  9. The cake is ready to serve.

My Tip:

lemon gives it a nice texture.
