Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Minced goat Meat - 500 g
  2. Egg - 2
  3. Butter - 2 tbsp
  4. For grinding with mutton :
  5. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  6. Dhania patta - 1 bunch
  7. Garlic flakes - 10
  8. Green chilly - 3
  9. Small Elaichi - 2
  10. Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
  11. Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
  12. Dhania powder - 1 tsp
  13. Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  14. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind all the ingredients with the keema (minced mutton).
  2. Transfer the ground mixture into a bowl, add egg and butter. Marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Make round balls of the keema.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the keema golis till golden brown
  5. Serve with onion rings, lemon wedges and tomato sauce.
