Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Homemade butter - 100 gm
  2. 1 full Chicken
  3. 2 tbsp Garlic Masala
  4. 1 tbsp Ginger
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 1 cup - Hung curd
  7. 1 Lemon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black Pepper to taste
  10. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate all ingredients for 1 hour keep in fridge except butter.
  2. In a pan put 100 gm butter and then put all marinated items.
  3. When cooked it will leave the butter. Turn off the flame, garnish it with black pepper and garam masala.
