Ingredients to make Dry Fruit Banana Smoothie

  • 1.5 Cups - milk (i used fresh whole milk)
  • 5 - Dates seeds removed
  • 5 - Walnuts
  • 5 - Almonds
  • 5 - Pistachios
  • 5 - Hazelnuts (use Cashew nuts instead)
  • 1 - frozen Banana cut into chunks
  • 1 square - Lindt dark chocolate grated (Optional)
  • Shredded Coconut - 1 tbsp
  • Few Pistachios crushed

How to make Dry Fruit Banana Smoothie

  1. Add half cup of milk along with dry fruits, banana and coconut to blender and blend until mushy. Add in remaining milk and blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour in tall serving glasses and garnish with coconut shreds and chopped pistachio. Serve chilled.
My Tip: Omit the chocolate when fasting.
