Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gms peanuts
  2. 250 gms Sugar
  3. 100 gms khoya (mawa)
  4. 4-5 cardamom
  5. milk

Instructions

  1. Roast the peanuts. Rub it and remove the skin out and grind it in a grinder.
  2. Take khoya and roast it keep it aside for cooling.
  3. In a bowl combine peanuts, khoya, cardamom powder and powdered sugar. Mix it with the help of your hands or spatula add milk according to you need and make thick dough like baati.
  4. Make a ball of this dough apply ghee make like a chapati with the help of rolling pin. Cut it in a shapes of barfi
