Onion tomato chutney, coconut chutney, mint chutney

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Onion tomato chutney
  2. Onions 4
  3. Tomato 3
  4. Red dry chilly 5 to 6 or up to u r taste
  5. White sesame seeds 1 tbs
  6. Garlic 3 cloves
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup washed.
  9. Oil 1 tbs+ 1 tbs
  10. Mustard seeds
  11. Coconut chutney:
  12. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  13. Roasted gram daal 2tbs
  14. Green chilli 3
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Hing as required
  17. Mint chutney:
  18. Mint leaves and coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  19. Grated coconut 1/2cup
  20. Ginger 1/2 inch
  21. Roasted gram daal 1 tbs
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  24. Hing as required
  25. Oil for tempering

Instructions

  1. Onion tomato chutney:
  2. In a pan add sesame seeds dry roast them until light brown and keep a side.
  3. In a same pan add oil add onions and garlic red Chili's fry until onion color change add tomato saute until mashy. .
  4. Finally add coriander leaves and saute for a second and off the flame. Allow it to cool.
  5. In a blender add the mixture add salt and dry sesame seeds, hing , little water make into fine paste ..transfer to a bowl
  6. In a pan add oil .. Once it's hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves little bit hing fry and add to the chutney mix well and serve with dose / idly
  7. Coconut chutney:
  8. In a blender add grated coconut gram daal green Chilli salt hing add some water and grind smoothly
  9. In a pan add oil .. Add mustard seeds hing and transfer the tempering to the bowl add chutney and mix well .
  10. Serve with dosa idly uttapam etc
  11. Mint chutney :
  12. Wash and drain mint and coriander leaves and transfer them to blender
  13. Add green Chilli and coconut salt hing and gram daal and some water grind smoothly
  14. In a pan add oil add mustard seeds hing and transfer this tempering to the chutney bowl and mix well .
