Ingredients to make Tricolour Vegetable Suji Upma

  • 1 cup Suji
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp salt (as to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3-4 curry leaves

How to make Tricolour Vegetable Suji Upma

  1. Roast suji and keep out aside.
  2. Take a pan, put oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. As crackling starts add chopped onion. Saute it.
  4. Add capsicum and saute it for a minute.
  5. Add tomatoes saute it. Add salt and pepper, mix well.
  6. Add roasted suji and saute it.
  7. Add water and lemon juice. Boil it for 2-3 minutes and stir in between.
  8. Upma is ready to serve.

You can add more vegetables also.
