Ingredients to make Smoothie

  • papaya 1 medium sized
  • apples 2
  • Kiwi 3
  • Soaked pitted prunes 4
  • coconut water 2 cups
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • mint leaves 9-10
  • Crushed Ice

How to make Smoothie

  1. Peel and dice papaya all fruits
  2. Put in blender all ingredients and blend till smooth
  3. Pour in glasses
  4. Add crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves

Can add chia seeds or sabza if on diet will help reduce weight
