Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups pumkin yellow peeled and chopped in big chunks
  2. 4 to 5 pods fo garlic
  3. 1 big onions roughly chopped
  4. 1 tbsp buttet or Oil 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp blck pepper pwdr
  7. 3 cups whey or 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Take a cooker n add the oil in it once the oil is hot add the chopped onions
  2. Saut the onions on high flame so tht it gets litted chargrilled effect
  3. Add in the garlic n pumpkin and saute all on high flame
  4. All the ingredient should get little dark brown marks as grilled but nt burnt
  5. Now add the salt n pepper
  6. Add 3 cup water and close the lid and let it cook till 2 whistle
  7. Once the cooker cools down open transfer the content in mixer grind it into a smooth thick soup no need to strain
  8. If u hv a hand blender u can use it in the cooker itself n than serve in the serving bowl directly no need to strain
