ABOUT Healthy Tiranga Drink RECIPE

Tiranga drink is yummy and healthy drink. The color green, white and saffron I took inspired me from Indian Flag color. I made it on special occasion of Independence Day, kids of my society liked it so much and enjoyed this drink without knowing that it has such healthy vegetables in it. The simple three color drink is natural as its has spinach juice, carrot juice and lemon juice. In this you will find 3 easy steps to make three different drinks and combining three of them makes the mouthwatering drink.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch spinach
  2. 4 carrots
  3. 1 pomegranate
  4. 1 apple
  5. 2 – 4 mint leaves
  6. One Lemon
  7. 2 tsp honey
  8. 1 tsp black salt
  9. 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spinach juice – Wash the bunch of spinach. Now in a mixer jar put all the spinach add 1 carrot, mint leaves and pomegranate. Grind it properly, add little water if required.
  2. Now when it’s grinded properly strain it well with help of white cloth. Now take the ice cube tray and pour the juice in the tray. Now keep the tray in freezer.
  3. Lemon juice – Take 2 glass of water , squeeze 1 lemon into that water. Mix it well, now add 2 tsp honey. Now add little black salt and black pepper and mix it well.
  4. Now take the ice cube tray and pour lemon juice in that tray and keep it in freezer.
  5. Carrot juice- Wash the carrot well, peel them and cut in big size. Also peel the apple and cut in big size. Now in a mixer jar put carrot , apple and grind it properly. If required add water.
  6. Now in a mixer jar put carrot , apple and grind it properly. If required add water. Now when it’s grinded properly strain it well with help of white cloth.
  7. Now take the ice cube tray and pour the juice in the tray. Now keep the tray in freezer.
  8. Now freeze for 4 hrs, it should not be very hard ice cubes. Now take a drinking glass and place the soft ice cubes one by one in tri color.
  9. If you want don’t freeze the drink and have it chilled. For any party or function as per presentation I prefer the ice cubes. Garnish it with mint leaves and have yummy sweet and tangy healthy drink.
