Ingredients to make Kadhai paneer

  • oil 2tbsp
  • Blach cardamon 2-3
  • bay leaves 2
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • cumin seeds 1tsp
  • coriander seeds crushed 1tsp
  • Degi mirch 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Tava fry masala 1tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • paneer 1/2 kg
  • onions 3medium sized sliced
  • tomatoes 3 chopped
  • capsicum 2 sliced
  • Dried methi 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
  • cream 2 tbsp
  • sugar 1/2tsp
  • Green chilli 2-4 chopped

How to make Kadhai paneer

  1. Heat oil in kadhai
  2. Add black and green cardamom,bay leaves,cumin seeds,crushed coriander,turmeric,red chilli powder
  3. Then add onions, saute them for 7 minutes and add capsicum
  4. When done add tomatoes,saute till oil seperates
  5. Add methi,sugar,cream,and salt
  6. Now add diced paneer and coriander leaves cook for a minute
  7. Kadhai paneer is ready serve with hot chapatis

My Tip:

If you want your paneer to be soft boil water then add little turmeric now add diced paneer and quickly drain it and add paneer to gravy
