Ingredients to make Tricolour swiss roll

  • maida 130gms
  • Baking powder 1 1/2tsp
  • Fat/butter 4 tbsp
  • Strawberry filling 5 tbsp
  • Milk maid 1/2 tin
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence
  • water as required

How to make Tricolour swiss roll

  1. Sieve dry ingredients together. Beat butter and milk maid. Put maids mixture in batter add water as per your requirements. Now add vanilla essence.
  2. Divide the batter into three parts. Put the three colours in divided batter. Place them in a greased tray with butter paper. Bake at 200C for 10 min in a preheated oven.
  3. After baking place the cake in another butter paper and put strawberry filling a d then roll it. Keep in refrigerator for cooling.
