  1. Desiccated coconut powder 3 cups
  2. 300gm condensed milk (milkmaid)
  3. 1 cup sugar syp ( single strand consistency )
  4. 2 pinch of edible food colour each of orange and green

Instructions

  1. Mix condensed milk and sugar syp together and take equal portions in 3 bowls,
  2. Add orange colour in one bowl and green colour in second, leave third as such
  3. Keep three tablespoons of coconut powder separate for use later on for rolling laddoos
  4. Divide balance coconut powder in three parts and mix it with condensed milk and sugar syp mixture in each bowl. Mix evenly.
  5. Make lemon sized balls ( ladoos ) . Roll these laddoos in the dry coconut powder that was separated earlier and keep in a plate . Serve chilled.
