These crescent rolls surround coconut and raisins filling that make a sweet dessert you simply can't resist.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack crescent rolls (or puff pastry)
  2. 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  3. 3 tbsp tutti fruity
  4. 2 tbsp Raisins
  5. 2 tsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 2 tsp pistachio crush
  8. 1 tsp slivered almonds (optional)
  9. 2 tbsp milk/cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Deg F.
  2. Line a baking tray with oven proof parchment paper.
  3. Open crescent rolls pack and separate the triangles.
  4. Combine coconut, tutti fruity, nuts, raisins, sugar and cardamom powder.
  5. Place a spoonful of coconut mixture on the triangles and roll them up taking care the mixture doesn't spill out. Pinch the edges to close any gaps.
  6. Brush the rolls with milk/cream. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or till golden brown. Remove from oven and cool them down.
