Parantha stuffed with aloo matar

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. dough (wheat flour)
  2. 1 cup boiled peas
  3. 2-3 boiled potatoes
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp chaat masala
  10. 1 tsp amchoor powder
  11. Ghee/butter/oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a wok and add a little oil.
  2. As it gets hot, add chopped onions and chopped green chillies.
  3. Saute as it turns pink, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Saute for a few minutes.
  4. Add in the boiled peas and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  5. Mash and mix all the masalas properly.
  6. Add salt and mix, cook for a minute.
  7. Add chat masala and amchoor powder, mix again. Keep aside.
  8. Take a ball of dough, roll it into a small chapati. Fill the stuffing and close all the sides.
  9. Roll again to make a chapathi.
  10. Place this on the hot tawa.
  11. Cook from both the sides and add ghee or butter or oil.
  12. Serve hot with curd or home made butter.
