Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1kg crab
  2. 4 tbsp ketchup
  3. 4tbs chili paste
  4. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. 4 tbsp oil
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the crab keep aside
  2. Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add ginger garlic paste fry until raw smell evaporates
  3. To this add crab toss well
  4. Then add turmeric
  5. Add cumin powder and salt mix well
  6. Now add chilli paste For chilli paste take hot water immerse the dry bydgi chili for 10 minutes when it is cool grind to fine paste mix well
  7. After mixing well now time to add ketchup mix well and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes Yummy and with less ingredients crap fry is ready thank you happy cooking
  8. Crab fry is ready
