Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 10-15 Mini gulab jamun
  2. 500 ml milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 tbsp custard powder
  5. Chopped dry fruits
  6. 4 tbsp fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk with sugar until it becomes thick.
  2. Add custard powder and stir well. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the fresh cream.
  4. Place the gulab jamun on baking tray. Pour the thick milk over them.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  6. Serve hot after garnishing with chopped dry fruits.
