Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 6 tsp
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Soda water 1 tsp
  5. Oil for deep frying
  6. Oregano 1 tsp
  7. 1/2 chilli flakes
  8. 3 tsp chopped cucumber
  9. 2 tsp chopped tomatoes
  10. 2 tsp lemon juice
  11. 3 tsp roasted oats
  12. 2 tsp chopped onion
  13. 1 green chilli chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add maida, oregano, oats, salt, soda water and make a dough. Also add 1 tsp oil.
  2. Take this dough and wrap it in a wet kitchen towel for 1 hour.
  3. Take another bowl add chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, cucumber, a pinch of salt, chilli flakes, lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil, mix it well and keep aside.
  4. Take the wrapped dough, unwrap it and make small balls of same size and roll it like a roti.
  5. Take a fork and make holes everywhere. Cut the roll into triangular pieces and keep aside
  6. Deep fry them till golden brown. Remove excess oil with a tissue paper. Place the fried triangle in a tray.
  7. To serve: place mixture on these triangles and garnish with roasted oats.
