Ingredients to make Oats gulab jamun kheer

  • 1 litre milk
  • 10 tsp quaker oats
  • 80 gm sugar
  • 100 gm mini gulab jamuns dipped in sugar syrup
  • 50 gm kaju
  • 4 to 5 crushed elaichi
  • 6 tsp ghee

How to make Oats gulab jamun kheer

  1. Reduce milk to half by boiling.
  2. Add sugar, oats, elaichi pdr and boil it for a minute.
  3. Now turn off the flame and add gulab jamuns without syrup. Take a kadai and add ghee and stir kaju for half a minute. Pour this over the gulab jamuns. Garnish with nuts.
