Thepla gives me comfort whenever I am upset, excited, tired and so on.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Methi leaves washed and chopped. 1 cup.
  2. Wheat flour 11/2 cup
  3. Besan ( gram flour) 1/2 cup.
  4. Fresh green garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger grated 1/2 tbsp
  6. Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ajwain 1 tsp
  11. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
  12. Curd 2 tbsp
  13. Oil 2 tbsp
  14. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Mix both the flours.
  2. Add methi leaves.
  3. Add all masala mentions.
  4. Add curd and mix.
  5. Add 2 tbsp oil. Mix everything and check the taste.
  6. Make dough by adding required quantity of water.
  7. Roll roti. Heat a griddle.
  8. Roast on both the sides by applying oil.
  9. Serve with Soup and Mayonnaise.
