Ingredients to make Dry Fruit stuffed date and fig cone

  • 500 gms dates
  • 8 figs
  • 4 tsp ghee
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 100 gms khaskhas
  • 1/2 bowl mix dry fruit

How to make Dry Fruit stuffed date and fig cone

  1. Wash and soak figs in warm water for 10 minutes. Cut dry fruits nicely.
  2. Wash the dates nicely and grind figs and dates in a grinder nicely till you get a smooth paste.
  3. In a pan put 4 tsp ghee, add paste in it and stir it till it becomes dry and thick.
  4. Apply ghee on a plastic sheet or parchment paper and put the mixer on it, pat it and make in chapatti shape. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove it and cut it. Spread dry fruits and give shape of a cone.
  6. Put khaskhas on it.
  7. Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes and serve when needed.

My Tip:

You can add chocolate powderd in it and it will taste like chocolates
