Banana Pancake Eggless

Ingredients to make Banana Pancake Eggless

  • Overripe banana 3
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Crushed fennel 1/2 teaspoon
  • jaggery powder 3 tablespoon
  • water 2-3 cups as required
  • oil for cook

How to make Banana Pancake Eggless

  1. Peel and mash bananas
  2. Add jaggery powder
  3. Then add 1 cup of whole wheat and crushed fennel and mix batter and add water in parts as required
  4. Make a smooth batter without lumps. It should look like a dosa batter in consistency
  5. Now heat a pan. Spread a bit oil in the pan. Keep the flame low
  6. Pour batter and gently spread it into small disc size
  7. Cook the pancake on low flame
  8. Drizzle some oil on the top n side of the pancake
  9. When base gets golden and slightly crisp. Turn the pancake n cook on other side on low flame
  10. Remove the pancake from pan. When second side gets golden n crispy.
  11. Serve it with jam or mapple syrup or nutella or anythng with which u like

My Tip:

You can make a cake from pancake. Make a stack of 5 pancake and after each pancake spread jam or maple syrup or nutella. And when layers are completed pour some whipped cream and spread.
