Chilli Garlic Sesame Potato Fingers

Ingredients to make Chilli Garlic Sesame Potato Fingers

  • potatoes 2 peeled and cut in fingers or use frozen french fries (I have used frozen)
  • salt to taste
  • Minced garlic 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder preferably kashmiri chilli 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • spring onions 4 or as required for garnishing
  • sesame seeds 2 tbsp

How to make Chilli Garlic Sesame Potato Fingers

  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, after they have spluttered add the minced garlic. Saute for a few minutes.
  2. Add the soysauce, chilli powder and the potatoes. Cover and cook them until well cooked.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  4. Serve with hot rice or rotis.

My Tip:

Use frozen ones for a quicker and more easier version of this awesome dish.
