ABOUT Upside Down - Desi Cheesecake RECIPE

For those who love sandesh and gajar ka halwa, a healthy version.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cow milk 500 ml
  2. Citric acid 1 tsp to make paneer
  3. Left over gajar ka halwa
  4. 10 - 12 black grapes

Instructions

  1. Prepare paneer from milk and massage well. Keep aside.
  2. Put a layer of sandesh followed by a layer of gajar ka halwa in a container. Allow it to set for 2 hours.
  3. Turn it upside down and garnish with grapes. Serve chilled.
