Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 1/2 kg
  2. Onions chopped 3 medium
  3. Tomatoes chopped 3 medium
  4. Oil 3 tbsp
  5. Green chillies chopped 3-4
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Meat Masala 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Degi mirch 1 tsp
  11. Dried methi 1 tbsp
  12. Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  13. Ginger julienne for garnish
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, turmeric, degi mirch, onions and green chillies. Saute until the oil separates.
  2. Add tomatoes, garam masala and saute till they become tender.
  3. Add paneer, meat masala and salt.
  4. Heat for a minute or two.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
