Ingredients to make Mango Maniya

  • 150gms fresh mango thick juice
  • 50 gms mango pieces
  • 50 gms mango flavored custard powder (Vanilla flavor will do also)
  • For decoration: mango balls
  • cream
  • mango jelly
  • Cherry

How to make Mango Maniya

  1. Mix custard powder in half a cup of cold milk, keep aside. Microwave sugar and milk in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. At microwave mode for 6 to 7 minutes or till it boils. Add custard powder (mixed with cold milk) to the mixture, stir it in between.
  3. Microwave at 650 watt for 7 to 9 minutes or when it gets thick. When its cooled, add fresh mango puree and mango pieces to it.
  4. Put in a bowl and keep in the fridge till it sets. Decorate with mango balls, jelly pieces, cream and cherries.
  5. Serve chilled.
