Ingredients to make Bhindi flowers

  • 10 pieces bhindi
  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 6 tsp cornflour
  • 4 tsp maida
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 cup poha
  • oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 onion seed

How to make Bhindi flowers

  1. Cut bhindi into 4 long pieces.
  2. Take a bowl. add cornflour, haldi, salt, maida, onion seed and make a paste with water. Now keep aside.
  3. Now take a plate keep poha in it.
  4. Dip bhindis into paste and coat poha.
  5. Heat oil well and deep fry. When poha is light brown in colour remove from heat.

My Tip:

Wash the bhindi before cutting.
