Ingredients Serving: 8

Oreo cookies crushed 2 cups (I used chocolate cookies for this recipe)
Butter 100 gms
Ingredients for filling:
Cream cheese 200 gms
Condensed milk 1 can
Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
Coffee 2 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Whipped cream 2 cups

Instructions

Crush biscuits, mix with butter, press into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a greased 9 inch springform pan, keep aside.
Method for filling:
In a large bowl beat cream cheese, condensed milk and chocolate syrup until smooth, add in dissolved coffee, dissolved gelatin, fold in the whipped cream, pour over crust and freeze until firm.
Garnish with any chocolate coated decoration.
