Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour; 2 tsp coconut powder; 4 tsp condensed milk; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 2 tsp curd; 4 tsp malai; 2 tsp milk; 2 tsp oil; 1/2 cup sugar; 1 tsp vanilla essence; 2 tsp chocolate powder

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp coconut powder
4 tsp condensed milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp curd
4 tsp malai
2 tsp milk
2 tsp oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp chocolate powder

Instructions

Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix all the wet ingredients together.
Add flour mixture and coconut powder and mix well. Divide the mixture into two parts.
In one part, add chocolate powder and mix. Grease the cup cake mould. Pour both the batter one by one.
Bake in kadahi for 20 minutes. Garnish with cherry or whipped cream.
