Coconut Cookies

Ingredients to make Coconut Cookies

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut

How to make Coconut Cookies

  1. Take butter and sugar in a bowl, mix them well. (This process is called creaming).
  2. Mix flour into it.
  3. Mix in the coconut, do not over mix.
  4. Make small balls since when they are baked, they increase in size.
  5. Put all the balls on a baking tray. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let them cool. They will turn chewy and crunchy.

My Tip:

In baking you need all ingredients at room temperature and measurements should be accurate.
