Ingredients to make Gobi and Green gram daal (with skin) paratha with Pineapple raita

  • cauliflower 1 1/2 cup
  • green gram split with skin 100 grams
  • potato 1 big (Boiled and mashed)
  • onion 2 small
  • Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
  • coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala as per taste
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • oil for seasoning and shallow fry

How to make Gobi and Green gram daal (with skin) paratha with Pineapple raita

  1. Grate cauliflower.
  2. Cook daal with little water and cool
  3. Knead wheat flour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute, add cauliflower, saute for 5 minutes. Add ginger garlic salt turmeric garam masaala grated coconut sesame seeds. Mix well and cool. Add mashed potato
  5. Mix daal and cauliflower. Add kasoori methi. Adjust masala.
  6. Now make paratha with this stuffing. Spread butter and serve with pineapple raita.

My Tip:

Don't over cook daal to get a good crunch. Can also serve with boondi raita and pickle.
