Ingredients Serving: 4
1 carrot shredded fine
4-5 broccoli pieces shredded
2 large onions sliced fine
1 green chilli chopped fine
salt to taste
4-5 spoons oil
2 cups dosa batter
2 cups cooked food dal
1 large tomato
4 spoons dhania
4 spoons cumin
2 spoons chana dhal
2 spoons fennel / saunf
2 large red chilli dried
1 carrot chopped
2 spoons tamarind paste
4 cups water
Instructions
To make sambar take a pan add oil and fry dhania, cumin, Chanda and red chilli well for 5 minutes
Powder in a blender and sambar powder is ready
Take a pan and heat oil and add slices onions, and sauté well
Add fennel seeds and chopped tomato
Let this cook and add the sambar powder
Add water and let this cook for 5 mins
When the vegetables are boiling add salt and cooked toot dal
Add the tamarind paste and yummy sambar is ready
Take the shredded carrot add a bit of salt and little chilli and mix well
Take diss batter and make small uthappam add carrot mix and cook well carrot uthappam is ready. Sprinkle a bit of sambar positive while making uthappam
Follow similar steps for broccoli uthappam and onion uthappam
