Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3/4 cup plain rolled oats
  2. Finely chopped cashew 2 tsp
  3. Finely chopped almonds 2 tsp
  4. Melon seeds 2 tsp
  5. Crushed corn flakes 3/4 cup
  6. Raisins 1 tsp
  7. Jaggery 1 cup
  8. Water 1 tsp
  9. Ghee 1 tsp
  10. Honey 1 tsp
  11. Choco chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan, add oats, cashew, almonds, melon seeds,
  2. Dry roast on low flame.
  3. Fry until it turns aromatic.
  4. Off the flame & transfer the dish.
  5. Add crushed corn flakes, raisins
  6. Heat the pan, add jaggery, water & ghee. Melt jaggery on high flame.
  7. Off the flame, then add honey
  8. Put the nuts mixture into jaggery syrup and mix well.
  9. Grease setting plate with ghee
  10. Put the mixture and spread. Do not let the mix to cool.
  11. Then sprinkled chocolate chips
  12. Cut the pieces while it is warm
  13. Let set for 10 minutes in room temperature.
  14. Serve healthy granola bars.
