Mung & Potato Tikki

Ingredients to make Mung & Potato Tikki

  • 1 cup sprouted whole moong
  • 1 boiled peeled potato
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp fried peanut crushed
  • 1/2 inch ginger sliced
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 2 tsp oil for shallow fry
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp bread crumbs
  • salt to taste

How to make Mung & Potato Tikki

  1. Mash potato and add all the ingredients in a bowl. Add salt as per taste. Mix well.
  2. Make small balls and tap with your palm. Heat kadai and add 2 tsp oil and put round tikkis into it.
  3. Cook it on a medium heat till it turns to golden brown. It is ready to serve with sauce and imli chutney.
