Ingredients to make Bhelpuri

  • Puffed rice 4 cups
  • tomatoes finely chopped 2
  • cucumber finely chopped 4
  • capsicum finely chopped 1
  • onions finely chopped 4
  • green chillies finely chopped 2
  • coriander finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • peanuts roasted 1 cup
  • lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Sev 1 cup or more
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp

How to make Bhelpuri

  1. Combine and toss everything well and serve it immediately.
