S'mores Cookie Cupcakes

Ingredients to make S'mores Cookie Cupcakes

  • Digestive biscuits 20 - 22 biscuits
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • 1 bar of any plain chocolate
  • Melted butter 50 gms
  • Marshmallows - 1 marshmallow is enough for one S'more cupcake. (Add more if you like)
  • Chocolate Shavings or Chocolate Chips to garnish

How to make S'mores Cookie Cupcakes

  1. Use a food processor to powder the biscuits or you can also seal them in a ziplock bag and crush using a rolling pin.
  2. Take a dry bowl and add in the powdered biscuits. Stir in melted butter, cocoa powder and mix it well.
  3. Take a cupcake pan and grease it with butter or oil.
  4. Add in the biscuit mixture and make a small dent in the middle.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 150 degree centigrade until the colour of biscuit mixture changes and they become hard.
  6. After taking the pan out of the oven, put a piece of chocolate inside the dent, then keep a marshmallow on top of it while its still hot.
  7. The heat from the pan will cause the chocolate and marshmallow to melt beautifully.
  8. After they cool down, garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate chips.

My Tip:

Use cupcake liners.
