ABOUT Tandoori Panneer Cutlet RECIPE

This is a very healthy dish that is shallow fried in pan which tastes like tandoori paneer

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups paneer
  2. 2 slices bread
  3. Half cup milk
  4. 5-10 cashews
  5. 1 spoon cumin powder
  6. 1 spoon coriander powder
  7. 1 spoon kitchen king masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 spoons kasoori methi
  10. 3-4 spoons water
  11. 4-5 spoons oil
  12. 4-5 spoons besan
  13. 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Crumble the paneer well
  2. Add the bread slice and water mix well
  3. Add all the masalas such as cumin powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and salt
  4. Add milk and mix well
  5. Roll the paneer mix into hearts and coat with breadcrumbs
  6. Take a pan and heat some oil and shallow fry the paneer hearts
  7. Serve with carrot slices cut into hearts
