Ingredients to make Tricolour mini mousse shots....

  • Fresh cream or whipping cream 200 gm
  • condensed milk 6 tbsp
  • Sprinklers to decorate
  • Two colours green and saffron

How to make Tricolour mini mousse shots....

  1. Divide the whipping cream or the fresh cream into 3 parts.
  2. Leave the first part as it is.
  3. Add the respective colours to the other 2 parts.
  4. Fill the mini glasses with saffron coloured cream.
  5. Let it chill in the fridge for about 5 minutes.
  6. Follow the same for the other two colours.
  7. Everytime chill the cream for 5 minutes.
  8. Layer and chill them for at least an hour.

My Tip:

No need of any gelatin or agar agar.
