About Ramen Recipe

Japanese style ramen noodles cooked with shrimp and japanese seasoning.

Ingredients to make Ramen

  • 250g angel hair pasta
  • 100g Shrimp
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp light Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • A handful of green onions
  • salt to taste

How to make Ramen

  1. Boil water in a pot, add ginger and garlic.
  2. Cook the noodles in the pot and simmer until noodles are ready
  3. Add red chilli powder, soy sauce, sake, green onions, salt and sesame oil.
  4. Add in the shrimp and cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Divide the noodles into bowls along with soup.
