Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  • 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 spoon vegetable oil
  • 2 spoon cream (malai)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • One cup liquid soda or limca or coke
  • finely chopped almonds
  • Choco chips
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • 1 cup milk

How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  1. Sieve refined flour, cocoa powder , baking soda and baking powder.
  2. Take Luke warm milk in a bowl add powdered sugar, vanilla essence, oil, cream and mix well then add the flour mixture and mix.
  3. Correct the consistency by adding liquid soda or Limca.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased Microwave proof dish. Spread choco chips and chopped almonds . Bake it for 45 minutes at 180 degree C until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool, slice and serve.
