Stuffed Apple with Fresh Cream

Ingredients to make Stuffed Apple with Fresh Cream

  • apples 6
  • Lemon Juice (2 lemons)
  • sugar 5 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  • Fresh cream 500 gms
  • Cherries for garnishing
  • mint leaves for garnishing
  • pista boiled and chopped 100 gms
  • Tutti frutti as required for garnishing (optional)

How to make Stuffed Apple with Fresh Cream

  1. Peel the apples and scoop out the center.
  2. Mix 3 cups of water with 5 tablespoons of sugar and the juice of 2 lemons.
  3. Add the apples to the mixed lemon juice so that they don't turn black. Place the apples in a flat utensil and pour the lemon juice all over.
  4. Cover the utensil and cook the apples for 5 to 10 minutes, keep checking the apples so that they don't break or get over cooked.
  5. Now place the utensil under the fan to cool the apples and let the left over juice get soaked.
  6. Take 1/2 kg of fresh white cream, 1/2 sweetened condensed milk tin and mix well to form a paste. Pour this cream paste all over the apples and sprinkle the boiled pistas, tutti frutti and mint leaves (one on each apple) all over to garnish.
  7. Place the dish in the fridge and serve it chilled.

My Tip:

You can also fill the apples with other dry fruits like cashew nuts, walnuts and almonds.
