ABOUT Siddiqa's Chocolate Cupcakes RECIPE

One of my daughter's most favourite desserts.

Ingredients Serving: 5

Dark Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Hot water 1/2 cup
Butter milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Egg 1
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Flour 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions

Put the cocoa powder in a medium sized bowl and put in 1 cup of hot water. Then beat it until the cocoa powder is completely dissolved.
Now add in buttermilk and let this mixture chill in the refrigerator for a while.
Put in sugar and whisk it until all the ingredients become intimate. Next add the eggs, oil, vanilla and mix it again.
In a separate bowl, put in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and stir it. Whisk it nicely.
Stir in the heavy cream until it is completely mixed.
Carefully pour this batter into the cup cakes tin and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 12-20 minutes.
