Orange Pumpkin Delight

Ingredients to make Orange Pumpkin Delight

  • Grated pumpkin 1 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Orange zest of 1 orange
  • Orange juice 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • malai 2 tbsp

How to make Orange Pumpkin Delight

  1. Boil the grated pumpkin with 2 tbsp of water.
  2. Next, add sugar, orange juice, zest and pumpkin in a pan. Cook till it's reduced to a thick consistency for about 10 mins.
  3. Then add in cardamom powder and stir it well.
  4. Pour it in small cups and refrigerate.
  5. Beat the sugar, malai and cardamom together in a bowl.
  6. Once the desserts are chilled serve it on a plate and top it with this malai mixture.

My Tip:

Layer it with finely chopped mangoes, it tastes heavenly!
