  • OATS 80 GM
  • RAISIN 124 GM CHOPPED
  • water 245 ML
  • UNSALTED butter 124 GM
  • eggs 2
  • VANILLA EXTRACT 3 ML
  • CHOPPED walnuts 90 GM
  • REFINED flour 240 GM
  • baking soda 5 GM
  • salt 1.25 GM
  • sugar FREE NATURAL 8 GM

How to make Sugar Free Apple Oats Bar

  1. PEEL THE APPLE, TAKE OUT THE CORE AND CUT IT INTO SMALL PIECES. BOIL THE APPLE, OATS, CHOPPED RAISINS, WATER FOR 3 MINUTES. THEN ADD THE BUTTER, MIX AND SET IT ASIDE TO COOL.
  2. MIX THE EGGS, VANILLA AND NUTS. ADD IT TO THE FRUIT MIXTURE.
  3. SIFT THE FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT, AND ADD THIS TO THE FRUIT MIXTURE AS WELL. NEXT ADD SUGAR AND MIX IT WELL.
