Ingredients to make Khajur Epaan Bahar

  • Khajur/Dates- 10
  • Mava/Reduced Milk- 100 gm
  • Milk powder- 2 tbsp
  • Paan ke patta/Betel Leaves- crushed
  • Handful of dry fruits, chopped
  • Silver varak for garnishing

How to make Khajur Epaan Bahar

  1. First take the khajur/dates and cut it from the center and throw away the seeds.
  2. Take some butter in a pan, add mawa and stir till it leaves the edges of the pan.
  3. Let it cool then mix in the milk powder and chopped dry fruits. Mix in the crushed paan as well.
  4. Fill this mixture in the center of the khajur.
  5. Garnish it with dry fruits and the silver varak.
