Ingredients to make Krazy

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar or as per your desire
  • 1 food coloring of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water

How to make Krazy

  1. Stir all the ingredients together except the rose and orange blossom waters.
  2. Stir on a stove top until it gets thick and starts to form bubbles. Next add rose and blossom water to it.
  3. Pour this mixture in a pan. Sprinkle the coconut while it's hot. Let it cool then serve it.

My Tip:

The rose and orange blossom water really brings out an aroma and flavour in this dish.
