Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Brown rice- 2 cups
  2. Urad dal-3/4 cup
  3. Multi grain oats- 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Scraped coconut-1 cup
  6. Gur -2 tbsp
  7. Ginger paste -2 tsp
  8. Chillis -4 nos
  9. Kalimirchi- 10 nos
  10. Cardamom- 4 nos
  11. Clove -4 nos
  12. Desi ghee -1/2 cup
  13. Carrot grated-1/2 cup
  14. Beans- 1/2 chopped
  15. Lauki - grated 1/2 cup
  16. Capsicum- 1/2 cup slices
  17. Coconut slices-2 tbs
  18. Olive -2
  19. Almond -8 nos slices
  20. Olive oil - 2 tbs
  21. Salt to taste
  22. Dhania Pata -1/2 cup chopped
  23. Tomato -1 big slices
  24. Onion - 2 big slices
  25. Chat masala -1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. For Vegetables: Heat a pan add Olive oil to stir fry all the above vegetables ,add one by one other ingredients and cook it for at least 3 minutes. Keep aside.
  2. Method: After the urad dal and rice are soaked for four hours, then drain it. Grind it to a smooth paste mix with kalimirchi, chilli, cardamom,clove and oats.
  3. After this step, add all the ingredients one by one with fried vegetables and mix properly like a cake batter. Grease an oven proof bowl, pour this batter and decorate with tomato, onion ,sprinkle chat masala.
  4. Pre heat the oven and bake it for 45 minutes. serve it hot with dhaniya patta chutney, chilled curd, and tomato sauce.
