Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Jelly crystals: 1 packet strawberry flavour
  2. Banana: 1
  3. Lemon juice: 1/4 tsp
  4. Sweet whipped cream: 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix jelly as per the instructions given on the packet.
  2. Divide it into two equal parts in separate bowls. Keep it at room temperature till it's semi thick but not completely set.
  3. Cut the banana in round shapes. Place it in a bowl, add lemon juice and mix it well.
  4. Now take one bowl of jelly which is semi thick, add bananas and mix well.
  5. Take an empty bowl and wet it with water. Pour the banana mixed jelly in it and keep it in the fridge till it's completely set.
  6. Now take another bowl of thick but not completely set jelly. Mix cream in it and pour it over the set banana jelly.
  7. Keep it in the fridge till it's completely set. Take it out from the fridge and loosen the sides with the knife, then take it out and place it carefully on the plate.
  8. Slice and serve.
