Ingredients to make Kurdai Upma
- 6-7 wheat kurdai which can be broken into pieces
- Water to boil and soak these kurdai
- ½ Onion chopped
- 1-2 green chillies chopped
- A handful of peanuts (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- a dash of lemon juice
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1tsp
- urad dal 1 tsp
- Asafoetida/Hing a pinch
- Curry leaves a few
