Mango Kesariya Rabdi

Ingredients to make Mango Kesariya Rabdi

  • 1 litre milk
  • 4 mangoes
  • Few strains of saffron
  • 4 tsp paneer
  • 2 tsp sugar

How to make Mango Kesariya Rabdi

  1. Boil the milk till it reduces to half of it's quantity.
  2. Wash and cut the mangoes and make a puree in the mixer/grinder.
  3. Add the sugar, paneer, mango puree and saffron strains into the milk. Boil it for 2 mins.
  4. Let it cool and keep it in the fridge to chill.
  5. Serve it chilled.

My Tip:

The mango and kesar flavour taste is awesome.
